Henry represents clients in commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, creditor's rights and collections, and general civil litigation. While in law school, Mr. Young clerked for Judge Susan Whitlock in the Culpeper and Fluvanna Circuit Courts, and for Judge Richard Moore in the Charlottesville Circuit Court. After law school, Mr. Young was awarded a Kennedy Fellowship and spent a year with the Legal Aid Justice Center in Charlottesville where his practice included representing low-income clients in landlord-tenant disputes and protecting the civil rights of prisoners.
