Meet Bill

Bill joined the firm in 2019, after fifteen years of federal practice that culminated as in-house counsel for the National Ground Intelligence Center in Northern Albemarle County. Bill also served as an Army Judge Advocate and as an infantry officer, serving more than seven years overseas with three operational/combat deployments. Bill has experience as a criminal prosecutor and has worked with the department of justice on complex national security litigation matters. Bill’s focus is on general civil litigation, creditor’s rights and collections, estate administration, and guardianship matters for incapacitated adults and special needs individuals.
