Hope V. Payne
Meet Hope
Hope joined the firm in 2015. She focuses her practice on assisting individuals and entities with residential and commercial real estate matters. Hope diligently represents clients by offering one-on-one attention to help them resolve the various issues that arise during the real estate settlement process. She is experienced with negotiating and drafting contracts, reviewing title, reviewing surveys, and reviewing diligence. She is well respected by builders, realtors, and mortgage lending institutions in the Charlottesville/Albemarle area.
Hope was born and raised in this community. She grew up in Fluvanna County and graduated from Fluvanna County High School. Prior to joining the firm, Hope practiced residential real estate law and family law. She also worked for a local nonprofit and for both the Charlottesville and Albemarle Departments of Social Services. When Hope is not working, she is actively involved in her local church and enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys.
