Disclosures applicable to all online payments
· When paying online, by clicking “Enter Payment” on the payment processor’s website, the payor authorizes Scott | Kroner, PLC (the “Firm”) to charge the payor’s designated payment method for the payment amount.
· Any payment of fees made by debit card, credit card, or other electronic means, whether paid by the client/debtor or a third party on the client’s/debtor’s behalf, cannot be revoked or reversed in any manner by the payor. If any portion of a client’s retainer or advance against fees is due to be refunded to the client, such refund will be paid to the client out of the Firm’s fiduciary account.
